Serzone is an antidepressant that is no longer marketed in the U.S. because of a rare but potentially dangerous effect on the liver. You can go to www.drugs.com for information on Serzone and to the MyDepressionConnection.com section at HealthCentral for a list of safer and more commonly used antidepressants.
