Hi billyum,   It sounds like you've dealt with a lot in your life, and it also seems like there are more issues to address.  I appreciate your determination.   It does seem like your best course of action is to go back into therapy. Have you found anyone?  You can search for a therapist either at the Anxiety Disorders Association of America (ADAA) website or at the Psychology Today website.  The latter site has pictures and descriptions about how the therapists work.   Best Wishes,   Jennifer L.
