Q: Lily needs to help us that have insurance, but have a problem with high co-pays!!

I know that other pharmaceutical companies have assistance programs to help those of us that have high insurance co-pays. Does anyone know if Lily offers any such help to us other than the 14 day trial prescription? I use Cymbalta and have co-pays over $60 which is my leading contributor to my $500 monthly co-pays for medication. Many of us are in trouble with the high costs of our prescription drugs and need help!!

If you have heard of any help available from Lily would you please let me know!!

Thanks,

DarrellI

Thank you for your question and welcome to AnxietyConnection.com.

I know many people are in the same position, the high cost of medication is especially hard for the unemployed or those with high deductible insurance plans.

All the major pharmaceutical companies have programs. Which would be available would be based on your circumstances and the medication you need.

The Partnership for Prescription Assistance helps provide information on over 475 public and private assistance programs.  When using the site, you first complete a short questionnaire, when completed you will be given a list of programs that you may qualify for.  If you prefer, you can contact them by phone at 1-888-4PPA-NOW (1-800-477-2669).  This site does not provide the medication; it provides you with access to the different programs. You will need to apply to the program that fits your situation.

I hope this helps
