my son is taking Buspar, Depokote and Cymbalta can these make him have feelings of serious illness?

The doctor added Depokote to the current medicines that my son is taking for depression &anxiety disorder. Since he started taking this medicine he has started feeling like he has a serious illness & that he is dying. Could you let me know if his other medicines could be interacting…
