Q: I have given 25mg quitipin 1/2 tablet at night. what are the side effects of the same

As per Dr. suggestions I have given 25mg quitipin 1/2 tablet at night. I wanted to know

the side effects and upto what time the does carried in the body.

The medication, quetiapine (Seroquel) is used to treat mood disorders. The most common side effects are:

 

Constipation, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, stomach pain/upset, tiredness, weight gain, nasal congestion, and dry mouth

 

Generally, side effects disappear within a few weeks of beginning medication. If you have side effects that last longer, you should talk with your doctor.
