Hello
I dont know if you willread this but I will take the time to answer your question as I find it quite important.
I was once where you are now and I know that it is a very dark lace that seem's hopeless if its anything close to what I have lived, so I will try to give you the simpliest of answers.
The percentage of people who get sober and clean without help is less than 2% so if you are hooked on axnax which by the way is like dry booze plus the fact that you are a admited alcoholic...you need medcal help I am not talking about therapy here as you are not ready for it, Detox is your exit door to these infernal addictions.
So in all honesty you need to reach out for help like I once did, there is no shame in that on the contrary its a act of braveness if you ask me, but you must want it with all of your heart I say heart becuse this is no time to be celebral about it by analizing your options, this is the time just go for it and make that first phone call to seek the help you need.
P.S. dont stop cold turkey especially with the axnax.
I truly wish you all the best on your way to taking back your life
I can relate to this issue, while I am not an alcoholic I can speak only from my own experience. I have taken xanax w/ alcohol too many xanax which ended me in the hospital. Not a good idea. Dealing with an addiction to one and adding to it w/ pills can only lead to more problems. It is my hope that you will seek help for these issues.
I hope this helps and good luck to you.
