I am diagnosed with anxiety & depression. I often experience a sensation in the middle of sleep that I am awake but I cannot move. Sometimes I feel like someone is in the room with me. I feel like my eyes are open & I can see but it's like I'm paralyzed. Someone told me this could be night...
