Ok I have acid reflex been on rx for 8-9 years, now take up to 2 aday. Constipated (20 years)took 2 laxitives last night and drank tea to help still haven't gone. It has be about 10 days. Take miralax 1-2 times a day increased fiber very bloated. Exercise 4 times a week cardio, gained 20 in last few months. My doc checked all my hormones and thyriod test and told me everything was normal. Hot flashes are extreme 15- 25 aday have not had a good night sleep in about 6 months take no hrt. take ambien most nights. I keep geting more medication but no relief. My doc told me it is just part of getting older. Help! Take syntyriod 50 mg. I feel very sick and ache all over.
