Q: Is there a safe anti anxiety medication to take while your pregnant?

I was just about to start taking medicine for whatever is wrong with me its bit of OCD depression, anxiety thing.

 

Well now im pregnant and im not feeling well physically on top of emotional issues. 

I feel like I would get out of the house and feel better for my baby.

 

Is there anything I can take?

SSRI and tricylclic antidepressants can sometimes be used during pregnancy, but do carry some risks to your baby.

 

Cognitive behavioral therapy can also be useful and is a non-drug therapy to help learn how to control anxiety.
