Thank you for your question and welcome to AnxietyConnection.com.

I am not a medical professional and would not be able to provide you with medical advice. This is a question you should discuss with your doctor or pharmacist.

In my experience, however, if you miss a dose, you should take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to time for your next dose, you should skip the dose and take your next one. You should not take extra medication to make up for the missed dose as this can cause problems.

Again, this has been my experience. If you still have questions, you should consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

Eileen is absolutly correct, take it as soon as you remember, but never double up!!! and hold off if it is close to your next dose. It is okay that you missed a dose, just neverrrr double up. My guess, is you probably have a prn that you use as well, if so it may benefit you to use if so perscribed.  I dont see this to cause any major problems however with you getting so anxious about it, you may feel that your anxiety level has elevated because of missing the dose, if you need to feel better, call your doctor, or pharmacist. But you should be medically fine.
