Hi Jbella1974,   You can read about Lexpro here. On this page in the side effects and precautions it says:   "This medication is not recommended for use during pregnancy. It may harm an unborn baby. Also, babies born to mothers who have used this drug during the last 3 months of pregnancy may infrequently develop withdrawal symptoms such as feeding/breathing difficulties, seizures, muscle stiffness, or constant crying. If you notice any of these symptoms in your newborn, tell the doctor promptly."   If you are considering pregnancy, the best thing to do is speak to your doctor for alternatives to this medication during your pregnancy. You can read about many of the drugs commonly prescribed for depression, anxiety and other conditions here in the drugs database.   Hope this helps! Take care and stay in touch. Let us know how you are doing. Vicki M
