Q: I have my son's wedding Saturday, Aug 15th.

Sitting up front in church is the most anxiety producing situation I can experience. Ever since I was 11 or so I exp. panic attacks in church; I'm 54 yrs old and go to weekly church but sit off to the side. I have .25 mg of xanax perscribed to me for periodic flying or speaking events. How much do I take of the xanax to really ward off panic in a situation that worries me tremendously. (Also, how soon before the actual church wedding do I take a dose?)  Thanks
