i feel worry alot and depression perhpas now three days i was like that so i was wondering and asking in the same time what is the best pills for worry and depression please , when i feel worrying my stomach become hard so i can't even eat food and watch the tv relaxing i want advices or something makeing me relaxing alot better and i'm 18 years old

Have you consulted your doctor about this? That is my best advice. I used to be on Prozac that didn't work for me, i have been on Paxil for the last 5 years.....that works for me. Have you tried jogging or running? Exercise works for me and listening to music.....i email close friends that understand my anxiety issues. hope it gets better...i have been there.
