Have you consulted your doctor about this? That is my best advice. I used to be on Prozac that didn't work for me, i have been on Paxil for the last 5 years.....that works for me. Have you tried jogging or running? Exercise works for me and listening to music.....i email close friends that understand my anxiety issues. hope it gets better...i have been there. take care merrissa betty
