Hi! Johannes offered some good suggestions that are worth giving a try. If you are not already seeing a therapist you may want to consider doing so because this is typically the quickest way to learn a range of different strategies. If you are more of a do-it-yourself type person you may want to get a copy of The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook by Davis, Eschelman, and McKay. This workbook has a number of different strategies that you can try to see which one fits you best.   Rick Wirtz
