Initially it is possible that you could experience some sluggishness but within a matter of days this should improve as long as you are able to tolerate the Lexapro. If it doesn't improve and you are not able to exercise enough to maintain your health then you simply need to tell your doctor that there is a problem. If you just started taking Lexapro and have been feeling lethargic you should notice an improvement within the first week. If not, talk to your physician.
