Hi TP,   I'm so sorry to hear that your daughter is struggling so much.  First of all, I'm wondering what kind of therapy she is getting.  Please talk to your daughter's therapist and find out what the treatment plan and goals are.  You can read about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) here, which is highly effective for anxiety disorders.   Other links that you might find useful:   Abdominal Breathing   Progressive Muscle Relaxation   You might try a book written for kids, such as What to Do When You Worry Too Much, or The Think Good Feel Good Workbook, which has a lot of CBT exercises (I use it a lot with kids with anxiety).   I hope this helps.   Regards,   Jennifer L.
