Frequently Asked Questions - Benzodiazepines

Thank you for your question and welcome to AnxietyConnection.com. If you are experiencing panic attacks on a daily basis it is time to see a doctor to discuss your symptoms and hopefully find some relief. Anxiety can be treated and many people learn to manage symptoms.

You may want to start with your family physician and request a referral to a mental health specialist in your area that works with adults with anxiety disorders. Treatment for anxiety often includes a combination of medication, therapy and cognitve behavioral therapy. You will need to find out what works best for you.
