Hi Gary

A Happy New Year to You

Altough we all have our personnal ''black box'' my oppinion is the more transparent you will be with your psychiatrist the more he or she will be able to help you.

To often people decide ''not to tell'' by fear of jugdment or shame or what have you, but the reality of it is that by keeping ''secrets'' your psychiatrist wont be in a position to help you with certain issues altough we would like to think that they have a crystal ball and they will come out and ask you precisley whats up with this, they dont have a crystal ball, so if I may I suggest that you should be as open as you can be, after all you are the first interested in getting the help you need.
