Can stress, Panic Attack Disorder or anxiety attacks cause dizzines vertigo?
Can stress, Panic Attack Disorder or anxiety attacks causedizziness (lighheadedness and unstable), vertigo (whoosy and spinning sensations), throat constriction (feeling of being unable to swallow), nausea (sometimes followed by urge to vomit), and loss of appetite due to nausea? What are other possibilities? (Could it be middle ear infection? Viral sore throat?) Or is it stress induced?
I've been through attacks of axiety or panic attacks when applying to schools and when accepting letters were recieved and while taking Standardized Tests. Could this be a stronger version of what I had? I had low blood pressure, hard to find pulse, low oxygen levels and sweating, but never before anything like this (and this is contant for abut 10 days now). I had a heart condition (Atrial Septal Defect- hole in my heart that was repaired through suergery when I was 8). I am cleared by the cardiologist and the doctor said I was fine when I visited her office and said not to worry however its been continuous and I've lost 4 pounds due to loss of appetite and diet of liquids because I can't swallow solids. Help and THANKS.
Yes, it can cause all of those symptoms. Everyone should see their doctor to make sure that there are not other causes, but it could be anxiety. Luckily there are meds for it.

One concerning thing is the "can't swallow solids"......if you really can't get food to go down, you may want to be evaluated to r/o a stricture of some kind. Panic attacks can vary in intensity and with actual symptoms, but the inability to swallow would be unusual.
