Thank you for your question and welcome to AnxietyConnection.com.   You really should listen to your parents on this one and see a doctor. There are a number of treatments for anxiety and you do not need to feel like this. Treatment can help you feel better and reduce your symptoms of anxiety and help you manage symptoms on a daily basis.   You are not the only one that feels this way. You can read more about this: School Phobia and Obstacles to Treatment: Avoiding the Doctor.   Sometimes, knowing you are not alone helps you. You can also have your mom contact the doctor's office and discuss your fears before you get there. The doctor will be prepared for you. Some doctor's offices will try to help and not keep you waiting so you don't become more nervous.   Please try to talk to your parents and let them know you do want to get help.
