Hey Boo1!!!,

Online sites are wonderful for getting information to help you manage your care and ask your doctor all of the questions you should ask. However, it can not take the place of your doctor's sound medical care and advice. If you are having a problem and need soemthing that will help with the anxiety and depression, but the medicines you are taking are not working, then you need to speak to your doctor.

I don't think anything you are doing with regard to the medicines is causing narcolepsy, however you sound as if you are medicated to the point of danger adding the alcohol to the mix.

All of the medications you are taking, fenoprofen, effexor, topamax, xanax, and verapamil, say stay away from alcohol either because of dangerous interaction or enhancement of the drowsiness or other effects of the drugs. fenophen is an NSAID and I could not find a link for it.

I hope you will look these cautionary notes over and speak to your doctor. Please stay in touch and let us know how you are doing!

Vicki M
