joint deteriation arthritis

my lower back and legs hurt all the time the dr thinks it is just arthritis help. I had some x-rays and was told that i have joint deteriation. What can I do about this?

Your condition sounds very uncomfortable. I'm sure the sooner you are able to get treatment for this the better.
I'm not so sure that this website is the best place for your immediate needs. If you've had x-rays, your family doctor should have a report, so the next logical place to turn is your doctor who will be able to recommend treatment.
Meanwhile, there are some very good websites with lots of useful information. The Arthritis Foundation is one. They also have a Questions and Answers section.
