Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Central's Anxiety Community.
I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice.
Everyone reacts to medication differently and therefore it would be impossible to say whether you would be helped with 100mg or 150mg. Your age, your weight and other conditions and medications you are taking could all impact what dosage would best work for you.
The recommended initial dosage of Wellbutrin for depression would be 100 mg twice a day according to MedTV. This can be increased to 150 mg twice a day and then to 150 mg three times per day, based on how you are feeling and responding to the medication.
I would suggest speaking to your doctor about your concerns. Together, you will be able to determine what the right dosage for you is.
