Hi Shawn:   I am not sure what you're asking. Do you want to know what your withdrawal would be like, or do you want to know how to pass a urine test?  Valium is a benzodiazepine. Since many people who ask this question are abusing benzodiazepines and don't want to have a "dirty" urine, here's one answer:   Benzo's stick around in your body at full strength for about 12 hours (see http://www.drugs.com/http://www.drugs.com for more info). After that the body starts into a withdrawal stage and benzodiazepine withdrawal can be more intense if the benzodiazepine involved possesses a relatively short duration of action (or how long it works at full strength) such as lorazepam. You may want to read "The Accidental Addict" by Porritt and Russell.   Benzo's are excreted from the body in the urine and the stools.
