Hi Tara,

You did not include where you are so I did a general seach. Type in anxiety support groups in the USA, just like that and you will find all kinds of support groups even ones that do the support by phone. You also can replace the USA with whatever state or city for a more refined search. I just checked it for you and there are several pages of different types of anxiety support. Good luck I hope this was helpful for you. vlbhopesSmile

I think you can some support on line also.I have asked question and answered question about anxiety and it helps me to realize theres more out their with the problem I have-anxiety and depression. If you have never had this, its hard to undersatnd, but once you have had this, any correspondance helps. I don't know what you take, but I take xanax and try to get by with a small dose. It helps, but its not long lasting. I have read theres a xanax pill {anax xr}  that is a one day one and its like time realease and I am going to ask my docor when I get my physical next month about taking that. i try to stay with 0.5 mg twice a day. I think I could take a stronger dose, but I do not want to become addicted to them, but some take much more than that.  God Bless

Tara - Check out the site for the Anxiety Disorders Association of America. You can enter your state of residence and find the resources registered with the Association.
