Can Panic Attacks be related to Asthma?
Thank you for your question.
According to an article "Asthma, Panic Disorder Often Go Hand in Hand" on WebMD, people with asthma are more at risk of developing panic disorder and that panic disorder and asthma are common co-existing conditions.
A study conducted by the National Institutes of Health showed that people with asthma were 4.5 more likely to develop panic disorder.
I hope this helps
