Prescribed medication should come with a leaflet explaining its use and the side effects. It might be worth checking the packaging to make sure you haven't overlooked this.

I'm not a pharmacist but a quick Google search took me to a pharmacy site where xet is listed. It states:

"Side effects from Paroxetine are common, and include upset stomach, drowsiness, weakness or tiredness, excitement or anxiety, insomnia, nightmares, dry mouth, changes in appetite or weight".

If you are experiencing side effects like these, or different side effects, you should really see your doctor to discuss the matter.

In order to break the fears u have u need to break the habit indeed it will help you to develop postive attitude ... for this never have any guilt feelings that ur in that situation instead develop a new you through a cahnge in your life style ... get good books ...hear good music..... come out and enjoy a movie ... even if your not intersted try to stay busy.... slowly u brain tends to take this habit and replace it ...
