Whenever I got stress at work, etc. My muscles seems to pull together and then one side or both sides of my body pain.
At the moment I have to use painkillers and muscle tension relievers to go through my day.
I also got a terrible headace only at the one side of my head.
what can I do to release the tension so that I at least can go day by day withhout so many medication?
