Q: Why isn't valium being put in the drug Formulary Book?

Drug formularies are lists of covered medications under a specific insurance plan. If this is not included for coverage under your health insurance, you would need to contact your specific insurance company to find out why.

 

Your doctor may also be able to call to request that the insurance company cover this medication for you.
