Thank you for your question and welcome to AnxietyConnection.com.
I am sorry you are having a difficult time right now. You don't mention whether you have seen a doctor, are currently receiving treatment or have not spoken to a doctor about how you are feeling.
If you have not seen a doctor and the anxious feeling remains, you should speak with your physician. He or she would be able to rule out whether this is being caused by any physical underlying conditions or if you have an anxiety disorder. If you do, you may want to request a referral to a specialist that deals with anxiety disorders and work with the specialist to set up a treatment plan.
If you have already been diagnosed and are under the care of a doctor, you should follow your treatment plan.
Some people also find that meditation, deep breathing techniques or exercise can help reduce feelings of anxiety.
I hope this information helps.
Eileen
