The best way to prevent panic attacks is to talk with your doctor about how you are feeling and begin a treatment program, if you are diagnosed with panic disorder.

 

Some people find that cutting down on alcohol, getting a good nights sleep, eating three meals a day and cutting down on caffeine help to reduce panic attacks. Other people use medication and cognitive behavioral therapy as part of an overall treatment program.
