Q: I need to understand the difference between Cymbalta and Pristiq

After being on Cymbalta for several years my doc put me on Pristiq.  I feel horrible!  Much like I felt when trying to ween off anti-depression meds--swimmy, dizzy head, nausea, and just keep crying because I feel so bad.  How can this be when both of these meds deal with the same brain receptors?
