vlbhopes,

I agree that we should start answering each others post even though we are not experts. We can let each other know what we have been thru and our experiences. I know it helps me to know that someone is going thru a similar thing as I am and that I am not the only one!

A lot can be gained by learning from someone else's experiences!

Hell yes I think we should start answering each other!!! THAT'S WHY I'M HERE! I appreciate the help of the experts, but it's not quite the same as talking with others who have been/are there. I know how isolated I've felt at times--it's (again) why I sought this type of site out! Cool

Hello vlbhopes, and all.

You are ALL experts in one form or another. If everyone who used this online site read every post and offered their own experiences, what a wonderful resource of information there would be!!

Please do answer all posts. Sometimes the best answer is just listening to someone else's experiences and realizing that you are not alone!

I am here if anyone has any specific questions. I am no expert, but I have read alot and I am happy to refer people to some of the resources I have come across (including many written by the experts such as yourselves!)

Take care and do stay in touch and let us know how you are doing! I do not answer every single posting, but I do read every one.

Hi valerie it's me neil from PEI  I agree with you that is why I came back.  I stopped lorazepam but I am know taking mirtazapine at night before bed just started last wednesday 15 mg for four days then 30 mg.  I am doing great no panic attacks and I am not feeling as anxious .  I don't want to stay on mirtazapine for any length of time. I want to be drug free.  Mirtazapine helps me fall alsleep but I am still waking up with nightsweats maybe they will stop once I have been on this drug a little longer.
