Is anyone else having problems sending out messages?

When I hit reply or send I just get Am Iam sorry page. I can read my messages, but cannot respond, Iam finding this very frustrating, can anyone tell me what is wrong? OCD's wife just wrote me and I cannot repy or send a message back. I am at vlb777@hotmail.com if anyone knows how to fix the problem.vlbhopes to hear back from my friends.Bev hope you see this.
