Hi Vlbhopes!   Headaches can have many causes. You might have sinus issues which cause headaches you could have high blood pressure that causes the headaches. The best thing is to speak to your doctor and rule out any serious causes before you can outline a treatment plan. Especially since aspirin is not helping.
