Many of the medications for anxiety are well tolerated and experience only mild side effects that disappear within the first few weeks of beginning the medication.

 

The SSRI type of antidepressants usually have less side effects than the SNRIs.

 

Even so, people react differently to medications and some people may only have mild side effects while other people may react strongly to the medication. It mostly depends on individual reactions.
