Judy - Depending on how long you have been taking the Wellbutrin it is possible that this may not be the right medication for you. If you have recently started Wellbutrin or have recently had a dosage increase and then all of these unpleasant symptoms started you should contact your doctor about decreasing or stopping the medication. It also sounds like you might benefit from some counseling to help you cope with the role of caregiver. You might want to ask your physician for a referral to see a mental health provider that he/she has worked with successfully in the past. Being a long-term caregiver can be a very emotionally and physically draining experience.
