I've been on xanax for about 4 years and now I'am having trouble trying to get wing off it and I
need help because doctor's have tryed to have me cut back slowly but it hasn't worked, I start getting withdrawal effects right away and I here that there very dangerist side effects I need to know with medical supervision how and where a program like this exit, I live in San Jose Ca, Please help.

I cant help you with a center near you I'm in Canada
I know what its like to get off benzo's and how hard it can be, trouble concentrating, sweating, can hardly hold a coversation, bright ligths are really anoying, toughts racing at a thousand mile a minute etc...
Just want you to know that I have been there and doing fine now, its possible so hang in there it wont last for ever even if it seems like it shurely the community center would have the numbers you need
