Hi Jenn, I do not know if it is the librium or my Tyroid imbalance. I was diagnosed (after two heart attacks) less than nine months ago with "Grave's disease" So, I actually should have a hard time keeping weight on. I aleady was 30 lbs. over weight when this all happen but, since then...have cut "ALL" processed food, sugar, soda, potato's,anything white out of my diet. The only kind of meat I eat is organic chicken maybe once a week, the rest of my diet consists of fresh friut, vegggie's,lentils, beans, brown rice, greek yogurt. I have always been very active. I do an hour 6 days a week on the tread mill, lift weights, clean horse stalls (that gets your heart rate up with sweating) I just never sit down. I CANNOT lose a pound! It could be..The librium, lack of sleep (I only get 4 hours straight@ a time)stress hormones,ect...but...I think it is the librium. Please let me know how you are doing with it. Sincerely, Cheryl
