I took one 10mg Valium by mouth on sunday afternoon(21st) and I have a drug test on Monday (1st) does anyone know if this will still be in my urine test? I know that it takes a few days to clean out of your body but is one week long enough?

Because people metabolize medication at different rates, it would be impossible to say. In addition, drug testing specifies what to look for, based on the person or organization requesting the test.
It would be impossible to say whether this medication would show up.

I am an ex drug addict and so have been tested regularly for a long time, for many years i was tested weekly then fourtnightly and now bairly ever. i should state that i have been drug free for a couple of years now, and before that i spent a few years going through periods of relaps, wither it was for 1 day 2 days or several wks or months, it was hard but persiverance and hard work got me through it. Before that though i was a heavy drug taker, for medical resons, it seemed because i was so young no doctor could fathum what i was going through, i have pain all over my body i take fits, and pass out. i loose the feeling in my legs from the waist down, for anything form mins to days, i loose the feeling in my hands and left arm. I have burning sensations in the core of my arms in to my chest and neck, my bach amd nech and shoulders are totaly shot tae bits, am in agony all the time, so i used drugs so mask the pain and get me through life in general, as no one seemed to want to help. So now am back to being in agony but am drug free n thats what counts cause nowi can get the help i need from doctors when the eventualy get the picture, cause there wont be drugs inthe way that i would need to be off first to beable to start any meds! So ive had all drugs in my system to get tested for, iam only 28 and i hav been an addict for 17 years, obviously the same as an alcoholic, i will always be an addict, but i will also now always be a recovered addict. Thanks to an amazing drug worker or 3, a great treatment plan, and my own hard work. USUALY U CAN EXPEXT VALIUM TO BE OUT OF YOU SYSTEM FULLY ON DAY 7 AFTER TAKING THE TABLET OR TABLETS, HOWEVER IF YOU DRINK PLENTY AND I MEEN PLENTY OF WATER AT REGULAR INTERVALS, AND MAKE SURE YOU PASS URINE REGULARLY FROM THE DAY AFTER U TAKE THE TABLET, U CAN FLUSH IT OUT YOUR SYSTEM.

TO CONTINUE ANSWER, U CAN USUALY EXPECT TO HAV IT OUT YOUR SYSTEM ON DAY 3 IF U FLUSH, IE, TAKING ON THE SUNDAY, START FLUSHIN ON THE MONDAY, THROUGH TUES AND WED, THEN ON THURSDAY YOU SHOULD BE CLEAR.

FOR YOUR INFO ALSO IAM 5FT 7IN TALL, AND HAVE GONE FROM 10 STONE 5, TO 9STONE, TO 7 N A HALF STONE N BACK UP TO 9 STONE AND UP TO 11 STONE, AND MY RESULTS WERE ALWAYS THE SAME.
