Q: can aniexty or panic attacks cause lightheadedness/dizziness for more than a month if the feeling be there 24/7

the feeling is there 24/7 its a scary feeling im 20 years old and i been feeling this way for over a month now and i have been to get blood work done and a ct and everything came back ok how can i stop this

Anxiety and panic attacks can cause dizziness or lightheadedness. It is good that you spoke with a doctor about these symptoms and made sure there were no physical causes. This is the first step.

 

Anxiety is a medical disorder and can only be diagnosed by a medical professional so it would be impossible for me to say whether your symptoms are being caused by anxiety. You may want to ask your doctor for a referral to someone in your area that specializes in treating anxiety. You can discuss your symptoms and what is going on in your life right now and find out if this is being caused by anxiety.
