Q: Symptoms are heavy thirstiness, insomnia, anxiety.can you help me predicting the disease?

A female patient (age: 26) sufers from severe thirst, lips being dry every 5-10 min even after drinking lots of water(2 glasses in every 10 mins), experiencing feeling of stress, amnesia, suffering from abdomenal pain, phobia to darkness etc

 

HAEMATOLOGY REPORT:

BLOOD PICTURE:

ESR = 20mm 1st hr. platelet count =1.99lakhs/cmm

Total RBC COUNT =3.7m/cmm

Total WBC COUNT = 6.100/cmm.

 

DIFFERENTIAL COUNT:

Neutrophils: 60%

Eosinophils: 06

Basophils :  --

Lymphocytes: 30%

Monocytes: 04%

 

URINE EXAMINATION REPORT:

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION:

colour : Pale yellow

Appearance: S.Cloudy

Reaction : Acidic

 

Chemical examination :

Sugar                         :                Nil

Bile salts                     :              Negative

Bile pigments                :              Negative

 

MICROSCOPIC:

RBC          :                             NIL           hpf

Pus cells    :                         8 to 10          hpf
