Hello Jenniferlynn   Have you discussed this symptom with your doctor?  Is the seroquel truly not working or are you simply having a sleeping problem?    On Sleep Central we have experts there who can maybe help suggest ways to overcome your sleeping problem.   One of the things that I use to get sleep is Melatonin which is a natural supplement to get to sleep but it doesn't keep you asleep.  Do ask your doctor if this is something you could take or better yet...describe the issues you are having so that your current medication can be adjusted as needed.   Let us know what happens.  Thank you for your question.
