Because everyone reacts to medication differently, it would be impossible to suggest a certain medication. This is something you would need to discuss with your doctor.
However, non-medication treatments, such as cognitive behavrioal therapy have been found to be as effective, if not more so, than medication based treatments. You may want to talk to your doctor and ask for a referral to a therapist in your area that is familiar with and works with this type of therapy.
