Hi Sandy,

There isn't anything wrong with you in a bad way, you just have difficulty with anxiety and you are human with feelings. Having anxiety is not fun and it can be hurtful and feel terrible and that is why we see doctors so that we can get some help dealing, but that does not make you a bad person. I am sorry your loved one is leaving the country and I hope you are able to find another outlet for your anxiety so you can deal. In the meantime, here are some links to information you might find helpful. The information you get here is great for making sure you ask all the right questions of your doctor but should not take the place of your doctor's advice.

You can read about anxiety here. This might be information that you already know, but sometimes it helps to reread it and possibly form new questions for your doctor. You can read about medications that are generally prescribed for anxiety here. Once your doctor determines what treatment you should start, you can read about that here. If you want to check out your symptoms, you can do that here.

I hope this helps. Please stay in touch and let us know how you are doing!
