My husband has post tramatic stress disoder he is currently being treated with Effexor. He's been receiving treatment since apirl 09 but he has been experiencing syptoms since his teens,he is now thirty-one years old. He never talked about his symptoms and never received treatment until recently. He has been experincing headaches, lightheadedness,and a painful tightening of the arm and chest muscles these sypmptoms don't happen often but when they do happen they are pretty servere. Could these be syptoms of the post tramatic stress.

The symptoms you describe could certainly be symptoms of PTSD or a different anxiety disorder.
