Thank you for your question and welcome to AnxietyConnection.com.
I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice.
Can I ask why you are looking for an over-the-counter medication? Do you not have insurance to pay for a doctor's visit or medication? If not, there are free clinics throughout the country and most pharmaceutical companies have programs to help people that cannot afford their medication. You can find out more about these programs: Health Resources When You Don't Have Health Insurance
As far as an over-the-counter medication similar to Cymbalta, I am not aware of any. You may want to speak with your pharmacist.
