About three weeks ago I had my first panic attack since then I've had this pressure felling in my head when I go to sleep I wake up every two to four hours and I have hot flashes and guys aren't suppose to get hot flashes is this anxiety
Kenn1989 - If you are waking up in a sweat and feeling flushed this might very well be anxiety but before you chalk it all up to that be sure to see your physician and ask to have some labwork done to be sure that hormone levels and other basic chemistry values are all where they should be. If you have recently started new medications or have been using recreational drugs these may also be involved. Some of the antidepressants that are used for anxiety have sweating as a side effect.
