It is impossible to answer your question for several reasons:
Drug screening tests are all different. What medications/substances are tested for is dependent on the person ordering the screening. Whether or not Xanax would be screened for is impossible to know.
Each person metabolizes medication differently so it is impossible to say how long this medication would be in your system.
What you eat and drink can impact how long it takes for a medication to be metabolized.
I know this doesn't answer your question but there really is no specific answer.
